Katherine

KATHERINE was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in February 2001. After working predominantly in litigation in various jurisdictions, Katherine completed her training with Australian Commercial Disputes Centre in 2006. After taking some time out with her growing family, Katherine continued to work as a solicitor and in February 2018 completed her National Mediation Accreditation System and became a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner in 2019. Katherine has been working predominantly in the field of family mediation since 2019.  Katherine is also a Family Group Conference Facilitator.

 

Anna

ANNA was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in February 2006 and the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory in 2007. Anna has Double Bachelor Degree in Arts (Media) and Law (Hons), a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  Anna is also an accredited NMAS mediator and Family Group Conference Facilitator.

Anna has worked in the legal, public and non government / community based sectors and healthcare. Anna has a background in youth / family work and bereavement care. She is skilled in Advocacy, Community Building, Governance, Management, Start-ups, and Strategic Planning.

Anna has a special interest in Collaborative Solution Finding and is a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney General’s Department.
